We are supporting a well-established organisation seeking a Management Accountant to help strengthen their finance function. This role focuses on accurate reporting, effective oversight, and delivering steady support across a busy and growing team.

About You

  • Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Minimum five years industry or commercial finance experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Sage 200
  • Excellent organisational and analytical strengths
  • Confident communication skills
  • Practical, proactive problem-solving approach

Your Responsibilities

  • Always: Manage computerised accounts using Sage 200, oversee the daily workload of the finance team, maintain strong debtor and creditor controls, ensure full HMRC compliance
  • Often: Provide financial insights and updates to Directors, support improvements to internal processes, assist with the smooth running of operational finance tasks
  • Occasionally: Support audits and external stakeholder queries, contribute to planning for upcoming financial needs
  • Never: Miss an opportunity to suggest improvements
