Downend Health Group is seeking a Patient Assistant to join the Patient Assistant Team. Based across Christchurch and Willow Surgeries, the role focuses on front-of-house patient contact, appointment booking and record updates, with cover for other practice teams when needed.
The role requires GCSE maths and English, strong IT skills, and excellent literacy and communication. You will work 24+ hours per week on a rotating rota between 7.15am and 6.45pm, with flexible hours to cover staffing
