To coordinate and manage a team of Care Workers and Clients.

  • Facilitate staff supervisions.
  • Hold planned and emergency staff meetings.
  • Complete Risk Assessments for Staff and Service Users.
  • Complete regular staff spot and observation checks.
  • Excellent knowledge of RQIA compliance and maintaining this at the highest level.
  • Complete Service User Reviews and Service checks.
  • Provide shift cover when required.
  • Rota Management, using an electronic rota management system.
  • Participate in out of hours on call support on a rota basis.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a managerial role in a care setting.
  • 2 years or more experience working as a Care Support Worker.
  • Level 3 or above Health and Social care diploma.
