We are currently hiring a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in fluid management and water treatment solutions for the oil & gas industry. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in process equipment, produced water treatment, and equipment rental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development across UK, Norway, and Africa (onshore & offshore markets)
  • Identify and develop new client relationships within oil & gas operators and EPCs
  • Promote Produced water treatment solutions, Process equipment / modular packages and Equipment rental services
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle
  • Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions

Preferred Experience

  • Proven sales experience in the oil & gas sector
  • Strong exposure to Produced water treatment, Process equipment / packaged solutions and Equipment rental offerings
  • Experience working across North Sea (UK/Norway) and/or African markets
  • Solid contract negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Ability to manage complex, technical sales processes
