We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leading global subsea engineering client. The candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering substantial, complex projects with agreed P&L, EBITDA targets, contractual obligations, Company procedures, and HSEQ standards. This role can be based in the UK or Paris.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a substantial project or programme, typically involving multiple Project/Package Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Full accountability for Project P&L, including revenue, margin, cash flow, cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to Project or Package Managers and project teams to ensure consistency, quality, and performance.
- Act as the primary senior interface with clients and key external stakeholders, building long-term, strategic relationships.
- Support business development and tendering activities from a senior delivery and commercial perspective.
Demonstrable Experience Specific to Role
- Strong marine construction background with extensive shallow-water project experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple Project Managers and large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated accountability for project P&L and commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial frameworks.
