Drive Growth Across Wholesale, Partnerships and Key AccountsDower & Hall is an independent British jewellery brand with over 35 years of heritage. We design and create contemporary jewellery using recycled precious metals, ethically sourced gemstones and pearls, selling through our own website, retail store, department stores, marketplaces and international partners.
We are looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of key retail relationships, develop strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities across wholesale, corporate gifting and brand collaborations.
Current and potential partners include John Lewis, Nordstrom, Wolf & Badger, Farfetch, independent jewellers, marketplaces and corporate gifting opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships and delivering commercial results.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts whilst identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and expand brand awareness.
The role offers a unique combination of account management, business development and partnership creation, working across established relationships as well as new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business development and partnership strategy.
- Manage and grow key retail and marketplace accounts.
- Identify and secure new wholesale customers and strategic partners.
- Develop opportunities within corporate gifting, hospitality, travel, lifestyle and premium brand partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, decision-makers and industry contacts.
- Present collections and launch new product ranges to customers and partners.
- Attend trade shows, networking events and customer meetings.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the marketing, ecommerce and production teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple sales channels.
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, wholesale or account management.
- A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confident presenting to customers and partners.
- Organised, proactive and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working within a fast-moving entrepreneurial business.
Experience within jewellery, fashion, luxury goods, gifting, lifestyle or premium consumer brands would be advantageous but is not essential.
Requirements- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within the UK when required.
- Comfortable representing the brand at meetings, events and trade shows.
