Dower & Hall are a creative company, designing and making luxury, high-quality, yet affordable jewellery in our London studio. Established in 1990, we have built up a reputation for exceptional British jewellery design and quality craftsmanship. Our pieces retail in selected stockists around the world and have been featured on the pages of high-profile fashion magazines, red carpets, tv and cinema screens including three Bond Movies.

This is a part-time role for a Financial Assistant To The Directors. The Financial Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative and financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing financial records, assisting with budget preparation, and financial reporting. The assistant will also support the directors in financial planning and analysis. This is an on-site role located in London.

Qualifications

  • Skills in financial record keeping, invoicing and budget preparation
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
