The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
The purpose of this role is to assist with administrative duties throughout various projects but a particular facet of the post will be in assisting with project document completion and control. The Role: Assist Contracts Managers with administrative tasks, including preparing risk assessments, method statements, job programs, updating job files and trackers, managing timesheets, sub-contractor qualifications, minute-taking, and report preparation. Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence. Input document data into standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable. Maintain the documents and drawings in the document control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project. Filing, archiving and retrieval of documents and conformance to company procedures. Collate all works information for jobs. General admin duties, including: Ordering uniforms / stationery / sundry items Report creation Printing, Binding, Laminating Meeting organisation Ad hoc duties as required. Assistance with Site Office Maintenance Person Specification: The candidate will be self-motivated, with strong team working attributes, have the ability to analyse a problem and develop a solution and manage the works to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, a dynamic professional approach and high self-conduct standards will be expected at all times.
