Dow US Operations is hiring New College Graduates who are current or recent participants in the Dow National Student or Dow Local College Co-op Programs, pursuing degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology.
ABOUT OPERATIONS: The Operations function includes Manufacturing, Technical Support, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Emergency Services & Security, translating business strategies into operational results.
ABOUT YOU: Your role will involve responsibilities across various work settings, such as safety, environmental performance, process operation, optimization, modification, maintenance, and technology implementation. Engineers will use technical judgment to ensure safe, efficient plant operations. We invite you to help us combine expertise, technology, and sustainability to solve global issues. You will work as part of a team at Dow, addressing real-world problems.
The majority of positions are in Louisiana, Michigan, and Texas, with some limited opportunities elsewhere in the U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:
Chemical Engineer: Support plant operations through troubleshooting, process improvements, safety, and technology implementation.
Mechanical Engineer: Provide technical support in production, hardware design, maintenance, reliability, and project control.
Electrical Engineer: Support electrical systems, power plant operations, and project engineering.
Civil Engineer: Engage in project work from small improvements to large facility design, collaborating across disciplines.
Required Qualifications:
- Participation in Dow’s National Student or Local College Co-op Program.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor\’s or Master’s in Engineering or related STEM field.
- Graduation no later than September 2026.
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications:
- GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 4.00 scale).
