We are looking for a Product Implementation & Integration Specialist to work within the Risk & Compliance Implementation and Integration team. The Dow Jones Risk & Compliance Integration and Implementation team is responsible for working directly with customers as well as partners leveraging the Risk & Compliance product suite to ensure a seamless adoption of the Dow Jones products. This includes providing support to technical and business users who have integrated the Dow Jones Risk and Compliance product(s) into their workflow. The Product Implementation & Integration Specialist will also be responsible for the implementation of the Dow Jones Products, from pre‑sales support through to handover to live. A key element of the role is the development of tailored compliance processes based on client’s policies and procedures and delivering client implementations on time and within budget. You will be required to lead all activities across the full client delivery lifecycle, including the development of Functional Specifications, project management activities and ongoing client change management post implementation.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Work closely with Sales to ensure Dow Jones is delivering the best solutions for Risk and Compliance.
- Support pre‑sales activity for our Dow Jones SaaS Products and Risk Feeds & APIs, aiding our sales team by answering technical and functional questions relating to the Dow Jones product suite and its implementation/integration.
- Act as the implementation lead for Dow Jones Risk Products customers and be responsible for oversight of day‑to‑day management of implementations in assigned clients.
- Drive implementation of Dow Jones Risk Products by tracking activity in Project Management systems, resolving any problems that might arise.
- With responsibility for key project deliverables (FS, UAT, user training, project management activities, and ongoing change management post implementation).
- Understand customer and industry demand and provide feedback to inform functional development of the Dow Jones Product suite.
- Support the successful integration of our content into partners and customers platforms, providing guidance on the available API and Feeds to best meet integration needs.
- Ensure integration success by validating the customer build and providing sign off that it is live support ready.
- Assist in the handover of live clients to the Dow Jones account teams, providing all necessary information to create a seamless transfer of knowledge and customer support.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
- Three years of experience in a project management or similar role.
- Knowledge of data feeds and APIs is strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing Third Party Risk Management software is strongly preferred.
- German or French language skills are strongly desired.
- High level of initiative and self‑motivation, ability to work in a global team environment.
- Problem‑solving skills for customers’ and partners’ issues while consistently providing high levels of customer service.
- Extensive interpersonal & planning skills and cross‑group coordination at all levels.
- Interest and aptitude to learn new technical systems and applications.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Keen to follow a large set of procedural guidelines to a very high accuracy level and adjust to changes when required.
- Ability to work on several diverse projects at the same time.
