As a member of the Global Business Operations (GBO) Team, the Senior Business Analyst helps turn business questions into clear insights, reliable data, and practical improvements to how teams work day-to-day. You’ll work within a small, globally distributed group of analysts, partnering closely to share best practices, align on standards, and provide coverage across regions.
This role is hands‑on and varied: some days you’ll be building a Salesforce dashboard or a Google Sheets “dashboard‑style” view that combines multiple data sources; other days you’ll be monitoring how teams are using Salesforce to ensure processes are being followed and the data is trustworthy; and often you’ll be juggling multiple ad‑hoc projects at once.
This is a strongly technical, tools‑driven role: you should enjoy getting under the hood of systems and data, and be comfortable spending significant time in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboards/reporting tools. You’ll also get hands‑on exposure to new tools and systems we’re bringing in — especially newer AI add‑ons — helping us test what’s possible and turn that into practical, scalable ways of working.
You will work on‑site in our London Bridge Street office at least 3 days every week.
You Will- Build Salesforce reporting to precise specifications, including tailored outputs for different stakeholder needs.
- Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards, ensuring they remain accurate, relevant, and easy to use.
- Develop “dashboard‑style” reporting in Excel and Google Sheets, to include linking Salesforce outputs into Sheets and combining multiple data sources where required.
- Monitor Salesforce usage (most commonly within Sales) to help ensure processes are followed and data is reliable; identify gaps and support teams to improve adherence.
- Perform hands‑on Salesforce tasks, such as entering data, creating records, and supporting operational updates to keep workflows moving.
- Contribute to process improvement tasks and projects — typically in a support capacity, but occasionally taking ownership of smaller initiatives end‑to‑end through to implementation.
- Create slide decks — or contribute analysis and storytelling to leadership‑ready decks — to communicate insights, recommendations, risks, and decisions.
- Help evaluate, test, and roll out new tools and systems (including AI add‑ons): run pilots, document learnings, and recommend practical approaches for adoption and scale.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and ad‑hoc requests; triage effectively, prioritise, and set clear expectations on scope and timelines.
- Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders across teams and levels, including senior leadership, communicating clearly and proactively.
- Willingness to work in our London Bridge Street office at least 3 days a week.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) delivering reporting, analysis, and operational/process improvements in a cross‑functional environment.
- Salesforce proficiency with experience in building reports to specific stakeholder requirements, creating and maintaining dashboards, spotting usage and data‑quality issues, and driving improved process adherence.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Google Sheets experience (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, import‑ranges, data cleaning, building dashboard‑style views).
- Experience working with data across systems and spreadsheets, including combining sources and creating repeatable, maintainable reporting outputs.
- Strong problem‑solving approach with the willingness to learn new tools and methods, experiment, and iterate to find workable solutions.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills including experience handling frequent ad‑hoc requests and multiple parallel projects.
- Highly effective communication skills including the ability to simplify complex topics to land key messages and experience working across levels, up to senior leadership.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Experience evaluating/testing new tools and translating pilots into practical recommendations and adoption plans, particularly AI tools/add‑ons preferred.
- Experience producing polished, leadership‑ready slide decks and presenting insights clearly preferred.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity — energized by problems that don’t yet have a clear solution.
- Collaborative and pragmatic, with a bias toward practical outcomes and continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and process integrity.
- Empathetic, articulate, calm under pressure, and clear on constraints.
- Able to write professional, helpful emails that balance understanding with firm, realistic expectations.
