About the Role: As the Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones, you'll help optimize Risk Center Third-Party (RCTP) Product Operations. This hands-on position requires a process-driven person with a technical background, focusing on efficient bug resolution, ISO certification support, and streamlined feature releases. You bring two or more years of operations management experience in a technology environment, proficiency in B2B platforms.
You Will:
- Oversee bug resolution processes, managing the RCTP Product Strategy escalation inbox for issue resolution & contribute to RCTP ISO certification processes.
- Provide service updates to customers.
- Help deliver new RCTP features through User Acceptance Testing and customization analysis.
- Oversee the tenancy upgrade programme for customized tenancies.
- Monitor product performance, promptly escalating issues to Technology for remedial action.
- Manage end-of-contract/offboarding processes.
- Participate in project planning, release management, and department procedures.
You Have:
- Five + years of operations management experience in a technology environment.
- Proficiency in common B2B/operational management platforms such as Excel, Azure DevOps, Salesforce.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.
- Change implementation experience.
