Our Customer Solutions Engineers (CSE) are key technical partners, driving integration for prospects, customers, and partners ranging from startups to major corporations. They define best practices, incorporate trending technologies, and support customer needs with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and customers to understand integration possibilities and design solutions.
- Gather technical and business requirements, propose solutions within agreed timelines.
- Demonstrate solutions and address technical questions during sales cycles.
- Guide customers through integration processes, including proof of concepts.
- Share best practices and model designs for technical development and approval processes.
- Provide feedback to product and technology teams on customer trends and requirements.
- Contribute to best practices and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer-first approach with professionalism.
- Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, and NodeJS.
- Proven experience with APIs and product demonstrations.
- Business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience with RFIs/RFPs.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Highly Desired:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery.
- Strong coding skills in modern programming languages.
- Experience with cloud data ingestion, processing, and storage.
