About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and high-energy Sales Enablement Manager to join our Global Business Operations Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, you will be the driving force behind the implementation and adoption of our global sales enablement framework. This isn't just about training; it's about transformation. You will partner deeply with our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Operations teams to build scalable learning paths, facilitate high-impact workshops, and pioneer the use of AI tools to sharpen our competitive edge. The ideal candidate has a blend of "boots on the ground" sales experience and the operational mindset required to build a world-class B2B enablement engine.

You Will:

  • Roll out and maintain our global sales enablement framework, ensuring consistent execution across our B2B sales organization while tailoring for regional nuances.
  • Design, build, and drive specialized learning paths for each product in our portfolio. You will ensure every rep, from onboarding to veteran status, has a clear roadmap for mastery.
  • Actively explore and integrate AI-driven enablement tools to automate routine tasks, improve content discovery, and enhance the efficiency of the sales cycle.
  • Lead dynamic, interactive workshops focused on sales methodology, product positioning, and GTM strategy.
  • Act as a critical bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure enablement programs are aligned with business goals and operational realities.
  • Use data-driven insights to audit and evolve our programs, ensuring our sales team remains agile and effective in a shifting market.

You Have:

  • Strong experience in Sales Enablement, specifically supporting B2B sales teams on a global or multi-regional level.
  • A proven track record in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations. You understand the day-to-day challenges of a quota-carrying rep because you've likely been one.
  • Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) preferred.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement frameworks from the ground up, not just maintaining existing ones.
  • A strong interest in (or experience with) AI tools and how they can be leveraged to modernize the sales process.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills. You can command a room (virtual or physical) and translate complex product features into winning sales narratives.
  • The ability to thrive in a global role that requires managing stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts.

Our Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Insurance Plans
  • Paid Time Off
  • Family Care Benefits
  • Access to Dow Jones Products
  • Subscription Discounts
  • Employee Referral Program
  • Employee Well-being Support & Fitness Programs
  • Financial Health Programs
  • Cybersecurity Protection
