The Digital Advertising Operations Specialist plays a key role in the functioning of the Ad Operations group. This role will be supporting our Advertising Operations, Media Sales Planning and Multi-Media Sales teams in successfully launching digital advertising campaigns for global clients. This is a small but nimble team based across 3 continents providing technical support for our best-in-class advertising campaigns.
The Digital Advertising Operations Specialist will be responsible for the daily management of client campaigns and driving the strategic revenue growth for each account. A typical day will include:
- Providing quality assurance
- Implementing campaigns
- Pulling campaign pacing reports
- Reviewing the status of campaigns to optimize their performance
- Troubleshooting and resolving site and advertiser issues
You will:
- Implement and manage digital and audio advertising campaigns, including direct and programmatic orders.
- Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimize as needed.
- Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance.
- Meet, twice, weekly with the sales and planning team to go over client campaigns and weekly reports.
- Perform proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization.
- Interact with internal as well as external clients to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
- Coordinate with internal teams in QA'ing and launching custom campaigns and custom ad units.
- Troubleshoot targeting issues, resolve any traffic issues, and reconcile discrepancies.
You have:
- 2-3 years of online ad trafficking experience.
- Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment.
- Some experience in ad serving tools and order management systems (i.e GAM, Adbook, Megaphone, IAS etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as part of a global team.
