Dow Jones is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist in London to manage renewals for a defined set of strategic accounts. You will own renewal plans, coordinate pricing, contracting and invoicing, and help ensure continued value from Dow Jones services to your clients.
You will work with internal teams to address client needs, provide monthly high-risk renewal reports, train customers on product usage, and support new sales within accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.
