The Analyst, GFO, Order Processing is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting sales orders related to order processing and billing. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately within a CRM/billing system in accordance with Sales Order Process (SOP) protocol and other defined business rules. The role also involves improving processes, finding efficiencies, and streamlining processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Trial, Sale and Cancellation orders into the CRM/billing system for the complete Factiva, R&C, WSJ Corp and eFinancial product suite and ensure that all business rules are followed.
- Entitle users to services they have contracted for, ensuring they have the correct entitlement in accordance with their contract.
- Assist Disputes, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable and Finance departments with account and client queries.
- Provide backup and data related to billing for Financial Audits.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience.
- Positive outlook on change and a flexible approach to the work environment, adjusting effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
- Great attention to detail to ensure every aspect of contracts and terms and conditions are covered.
- Ability to work independently, taking initiative to work through queues and using best judgment on prioritising work and what should be flagged on sales orders and contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a solution-oriented approach to problems and attention to details.
- Ability to accurately follow a large set of procedural guidelines.
- Able to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
- Excellent time and resource management skills to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Advanced knowledge of internal CRM and Billing Systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP.
