About the Role

Our People Analytics & Insights team is seeking an Analyst, People Insights, who will report to the Sr. Manager, People Insights. You will serve as an active partner across our People functions, driving a data-driven culture by delivering actionable insights that facilitate informed decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive analyst to automate processes, including leveraging AI-driven solutions and uncover hidden workforce patterns. You bring a passion for HR data, experience guiding stakeholders through complex results and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and champion for People Insights.

You Will

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across all DJ corporate & business functions globally to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective reports and analyses.
  • Provide insights & recommendations through data storytelling.
  • Design, build and maintain a variety of reports & dashboards to meet business needs using data from multiple sources.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy in collaboration with the HRIS & People Operations teams.
  • Support Global regulatory reporting inquiries such as Spain Pay Gap, UK Pay Gap, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive employee data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and validations to identify and correct any discrepancies.

You Have

Required:

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR, analytics and/or a related area
  • Experience with data manipulation, reporting and visualization using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other relevant tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, as well as work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to guide non-technical audiences through data findings and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with organizing and running project plans
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and experience working with People data (e.g., hires, headcount, turnover, performance, diversity metrics)

Preferred:

  • Experience using SQL, R, Python for data extraction & manipulation
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM or similar HRIS tools
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g. Alteryx, Ascend, etc.) and data pipelines
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving typical data inconsistencies and anomalies (e.g., mismatch in data formats when merging files, missing data, duplicate records, etc.)
  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize analytics and automate manual processes
