An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Work Placement Assessor to coordinate, monitor, and assess work placements within our Early Years curriculum. In this role, you will bridge the gap between education and industry by building strong relationships with local employers, securing high-quality placement opportunities, and directly evaluating student competencies against national standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employer Engagement: Build and sustain robust partnerships with Early Years employers to secure, manage, and expand quality placement opportunities.
  • Assessment Quality: Assess T-Level and 'License to Practice' students in their placement environments against external qualification criteria.
  • Student Support: Match students to suitable placements, prepare them via tutorials and staff development, and monitor their progress through regular timetabled visits.
  • Placement Administration: Maintain, update, and manage all placement documentation and records.
