We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Health & Safety and First Aid Lecturer to join a dynamic team supporting offenders to gain their qualifications.

Role Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programmes that meet learners' needs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements and relevant strategic and delivery plans.

- Set, monitor, and review SMART targets using Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Maintain accurate learner records, including enrolments, progress, completions, and withdrawals.
- Support learning administration, including assessments, schemes of work, course reviews, and inductions.
