Role Responsibilities* Engage and inspire learners, bringing creativity to the classroom and beyond.* Provide emotional support and make a positive impact on students' lives.* Deliver high-quality teaching across core subjects (English, Maths, and Science).* Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities effectively.* Support the reintegration of pupils into mainstream settings where appropriate.* Communicate professionally with students, colleagues, and parents.* Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.* Manage time effectively to balance planning, delivery, and assessment.

Essential Requirements* Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards one.* Degree in a relevant teaching subject (desirable) or SEN equivalent.* Experience working in a school environment (secondary preferred).* Minimum Grade 4/C in English, Maths, and Science.* Understanding of alternative provision and SEN needs.* Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.* Strong communication and engagement skills.
