The Opportunity:
- As Supported Learning Manager, you'll provide operational and strategic leadership across Supported Learning provision, ensuring learners with additional needs receive outstanding support that enables them to achieve positive outcomes.
- You'll lead and develop teams of Learning Support Assistants and specialist staff, oversee EHCP processes, work closely with curriculum leaders and act as a key point of contact for families, local authorities and external agencies.
