A specialist Post-16 education provider is seeking a passionate and creative Teacher of Creative Programmes to join its Bradford campus. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher with a background in Art Design, Creative Media, Photography, Illustration, Graphic Design, Fashion, Digital Arts, or a related creative subject who is passionate about supporting young people with SEND to achieve positive outcomes.
The Role
You will deliver engaging Level 2 and Level 3 programmes for learners aged 16-25, combining creativity, employability, personal development, and real-world learning. Working within a supportive specialist environment, you will help learners develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and progression pathways while embedding neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality creative programmes
- Differentiating learning to meet a range of SEND needs
- Assess learner progress, coursework, and portfolios
- Monitor ILP targets and EHCP outcomes
