About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious educator to step into a Programme Lead role, acting as a vital link between the classroom and department leadership. This position offers a structured split: you will spend Monday through Thursday delivering 12 hours of Multi-Skills instruction, while your Fridays are reserved for strategic programme management.
Main Duties for this role include:
- Use standardised College formats to create structured and meaningful learning paths for every student.
- Deliver consistently excellent classroom experiences that empower learners to succeed.
- Ensure students stay on track by providing accurate, criteria-led feedback on all assignments and coursework.
