We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Land-Based professional to join a quality team and support the delivery of practical learning experiences, helping to inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of practical learning activities across a range of land-based courses
- Maintain and prepare workshops, equipment, tools, machinery, and resources for teaching and learning activities
- Ensure land-based facilities, grounds, and practical learning environments are maintained to a high standard
- Assist learners and teaching staff during practical sessions, providing technical guidance and support where appropriate
- Contribute to the maintenance, servicing, and safe operation of land-based machinery and equipment
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance across all practical areas
- Support stock control, ordering of materials, and resource management within the department
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Develop relationships with local employers and industry partners to support student learning, work placements, and industry engagement
Essential Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Agriculture, Horticulture, Countryside Management, Land-Based Engineering, or a related subject
- Extensive industry experience within a land-based environment
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures relating to land-based operations and equipment
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (desirable)
