Job Purpose

Build strong relationships with employers and external partners.

Create new business opportunities, promote services and help meet income targets.

Support students by helping arrange relevant placements and employer-led career opportunities.

Main Duties

Contact new employers to promote training, apprenticeships and placement opportunities.

Manage existing employer relationships and identify opportunities to offer extra services.

Work with teaching teams to find suitable placement opportunities for students.

Arrange employer activities such as careers talks, masterclasses, interview practice and virtual work experience.

Make sure placements have proper supervision and meet health and safety requirements.

Keep CRM records, sales activity, placement details and employer updates accurate.

Requirements

Experience in business development, sales, employer engagement or a similar role.

Confident working with employers, clients and wider stakeholders.

Knowledge on how to build professional relationships.

Able to give clear and consistent guidance to employers, students, parents and staff.

Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
