- Supervising and supporting junior chefs and kitchen assistants during service.
- Maintaining stock levels, rotation and storage within your section.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
- Contributing to menu planning and the development of new dishes.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-run section before, during and after service.

- Sound knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor junior staff
- A relevant catering or culinary qualification - Level 3 or equivalent
