What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and assessment up to Level 3 across study programmes, adult courses, and apprenticeships
- Teaching a range of subjects such as mechanical engineering, maintenance, mechatronics, and machining in both workshop and classroom settings
- Developing engaging, creative resources that bring lessons to life and inspire student success
- Monitoring learner progress, setting SMART targets, and supporting learners to reach their full potential
- Collaborating with internal teams including Technicians, Work Placement Officers, Curriculum Admin, and Exams
What We're Looking For:
- A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering
- A teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to work towards)
- Practical industry experience and strong knowledge of maintenance, machining, and/or mechatronics
- An enthusiastic and engaging approach to teaching
- A collaborative and motivated team player with excellent communication skills
