Position Overview: Primary SEND Teacher – Salary £32,000‑£42,000 – Location: Manchester – Contract Type: Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualised lesson plans for Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.
- Foster a secure and predictable classroom atmosphere by applying nurture‑based principles and robust therapeutic techniques.
- Lead interventions in core subjects such as literacy and numeracy while integrating sensory and emotional regulation strategies into the daily routine.
- Monitor student growth meticulously to provide detailed evidence for Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) assessments and reviews.
