The role focuses on high-quality teaching, learner outcomes and curriculum improvement, with responsibility for staffing, timetabling and quality assurance.
You will drive data-informed improvement, oversee safeguarding, and collaborate with stakeholders, parents and external agencies, while teaching 7–12 hours weekly.
