We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Food & Drink professional with a specialism in Bakery to join a quality team of lecturers and inspire the next generation of learners.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Food & Drink and Bakery courses
- Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current bakery production, food safety, and hospitality industry standards
- Support students in developing practical bakery skills, food preparation techniques, and employability within the food and drink sector
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and quality assurance within practical learning environments
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
- Develop industry partnerships with bakeries, patisseries, hospitality venues, and food production organisations to enhance student learning, work placements, and industry engagement
Essential Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Bakery, Professional Cookery, Food Production, or a related subject
- Extensive industry experience within bakery, food production, hospitality, or related sectors
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
