The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Bricklaying Lecturer to join an established education team within a secure custodial environment. In this role, you will teach small groups of adult learners, helping them gain practical skills and qualifications up to Level 2. Your work will directly give them the confidence and trade expertise they need to secure stable employment upon release and build a brighter future.
What You Will Be Doing
- Teaching & Training: Deliver engaging, practical bricklaying classes up to Level 2 (City & Guilds).
- Mentoring: Support and guide learners through their qualifications, boosting their confidence and employability skills.
- Progress Tracking: Help learners achieve their individual goals in a structured, positive classroom environment.
- Reducing Re-offending: Play a vital role in a learner's rehabilitation journey by providing them with a meaningful, positive learning experience.
