Innotech Partners are working alongside a fast-growing Tier 1 Electrical Contractor with projects across the UK. Our client has secured multiple projects throughout 2024 and is seeking reliable labourers to join their team.
The Role:
As a Labourer, you will assist with general site duties on electrical and agricultural installations across various commercial locations, including schools, hospitals, and NHS properties. The role involves working in a supportive capacity to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, with occasional stays away from home (digs provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- General site labouring duties, including loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting electricians and other tradespeople with installations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized site
- Supporting the installation of agricultural and electrical systems
- Handling manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Potential out-of-hours work and working away from home (digs included)
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Labourer in construction or electrical sectors
- Able to assist with a range of site tasks
- ECS card (preferred)
- IPAF certification (desirable)
- Access to transport, tools, and PPE
- Willing to work away from home when required
