I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board an HR/Recruitment Officer to join their busy and supportive HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR administration, while gaining exposure across the wider HR function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from adverts through to onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
  • Preparing contracts and offer letters
  • Maintaining HR systems and employee records
  • Supporting agency staff processes and payroll liaison
  • Assisting with onboarding, probation processes and HR administration
  • Ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices, including pre-employment checks

What we're looking for:

  • Previous HR or administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, team-focused approach
  • Understanding of recruitment processes is highly desirable
