I work with colleges that require hourly paid Progress Coaches across the following areas:
- Oxford
- Banbury
Term Time Only. Full time hours available!
Responsibilities:
- 1:1 and group support of students monitoring progression
- Setting SMART targets
- Running small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE or similar
- Safeguarding of vulnerable learners
Requirements:
- Cover Supervisor or 1:1 tutoring experience or teaching
- Up to date Safeguarding training, or willing to obtain
- Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain
