Job Description Electrical Engineering Lecturer Full Time | Permanent Are you an experienced electrical engineering professional looking for a rewarding new career? We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our engineering team in Barrow. Whether you're already teaching or currently working in industry, we'd love to hear from you. If you're new to education, we'll provide fully funded teacher training, giving you all the support you need to become a successful lecturer. As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you'll deliver high-quality teaching to learners studying Level 1 to Level 3 Electrical Engineering programmes, with a strong focus on theory-based units alongside some practical workshop sessions. You'll inspire and support students to develop the technical knowledge, understanding and skills required for successful careers within the engineering sector. Delivering engaging theory lessons across a range of electrical engineering subjects. Teaching and supporting Level 1 to Level 3 learners. Planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet awarding body requirements. Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an HNC in Electrical Engineering. Relevant industrial experience within the electrical engineering sector. A recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching or training learners. Knowledge of vocational engineering qualifications. No teaching experience?
