Role Responsibilities
- High-Velocity Delivery: Deliver engaging BTEC qualifications from Level 1 through to Level 5, including high-stakes T Level Digital support and Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs).
- Pedagogical Precision: Plan and execute learning activities that foster independence and technical autonomy, ensuring every student meets rigorous curriculum requirements.
- Industry Alignment: Continuously develop resources and employer partnerships to ensure the Computing and Games provision remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Manage the end-to-end assessment cycle, producing accurate data to contribute to the organisation's high-quality standards.
Essential Requirements
- Technical Authority: Extensive industry experience in Computing or a related technical discipline.
- Qualifications: A relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification and a teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or PTTLS).
- Commitment to Growth: If not already qualified, you must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification with full institutional support.
- Operational Excellence: Strong communication, organisational skills, and a commercially minded approach to education.
