We are recruiting for an inspiring Cover Tutor for Functional Skills Maths English to join the education team on-site at HMP Brixton.
In this high-impact, versatile role, you will deliver City Guilds Functional Skills qualifications from Entry Level 1 through to Level 2. Working with small class sizes (up to 12 learners), you will play a crucial role in building confidence, raising literacy and numeracy standards, and providing flexible teaching cover to ensure seamless learning continuity.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive, inclusive Functional Skills Maths and English sessions to small groups (up to 12 learners) across Entry Level 1 to Level 2.
- Assessment Diagnostics: Conduct initial assessments.
