Role Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, inclusive lesson materials that adapt to the varied academic and functional needs of individual learners.
- Coordinate initial academic assessments to identify specific support requirements and monitor student progression across modules.
- Manage student conduct and support classroom discipline proactively in accordance with established institutional standards and frameworks.
- Oversee and guide learning support assistants while collaborating on quality monitoring and internal verification processes.
- Champion student welfare by strictly adhering to institutional policies regarding health, safety, and the protection of vulnerable groups.
