Talentia Group is expanding its education division and is looking for a confident and capable Executive Recruiter to take the lead on senior-level appointments within schools, colleges, and education trusts across the UK.

This role will focus exclusively on executive roles such as:

  • Assistant Principals

  • Finance Directors

  • Heads of Department

  • Senior leaders across curriculum and operational services

What We're Looking For

You'll need to bring:

  • Recruitment experience in the UK, ideally within the education sector

  • Confidence managing senior-level recruitment processes and working directly with leadership teams

  • Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to both clients and candidates

  • The ability to work with urgency and professionalism across both permanent and interim briefs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment position focused on quality, service, and long-term relationships. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for senior appointments in education

  • Building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools, MATs, and colleges

  • Working closely with internal delivery and marketing teams to position roles effectively

  • Representing the Talentia brand professionally and consultatively in all interactions

  • Supporting business development and growing the executive desk across the UK
