Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Swindon.
Job Purpose
To assist with all aspects of the Examination and Assessment processes, including the administration of examinations and entry of examination details onto the student record system.
Main Duties
- Proficiently use Excel and other computer programs to support exam-related tasks.
- Work with exam boards and course teams to keep exam details accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and external bodies about exam processes.
- Organize and plan exam schedules accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee exam administration, including registration, entries, results processing, and exam invigilation.
- Provide an efficient and supportive service in responding to staff and learner enquiries in relation to exams.
