Develop and implement quality assurance and evaluation procedures for examinations. Drive improvements to make exam services more efficient and impactful. Main Duties Manage the administration and compliance of exams with regulatory requirements. Oversee exam entries, registrations, and the provision of a suitable exam environment. Lead and support a team of exam staff, ensuring effective communication and training. Ensure accurate and timely data handling for registrations, results, and audits.
