We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Engineering Work Based Tutor to join a dynamic team of industry professionals and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Engineering courses.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards.
- Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects.
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
Essential Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
- Extensive industry experience within the Engineering sector.
- Assessor/ verifier qualifications would be advantageous for this role.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- A teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards.
