What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across Engineering and Physics subjects.
  • Providing both hands-on and theoretical instruction to help students apply concepts to real-world contexts.
  • Supporting students' academic and personal growth, encouraging them to achieve their full potential.
  • Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that link theory with practice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continually enhance the student learning experience.
  • Contributing to student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression with tailored guidance and support.

What We're Looking For

  • Holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a relevant Degree (Essential).
  • Has GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Is a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards qualification.
  • Has up-to-date knowledge and experience in teaching Engineering.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and time management skills.
  • Is confident with Information Learning Technology to create engaging teaching materials.
  • Brings excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
