The ideal candidate will have experience in LED lighting projects - whether in commercial lighting, electrical project management, or wider construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage commercial LED lighting installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
- Experience in LED lighting projects within commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
