Are you passionate about construction and want to share your skills with others?Partners in Bristol (PiB) are looking for a dedicated Construction Tutor to support learners as they build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to succeed in their careers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging and supportive construction training.

  • Help learners develop the practical and employability skills they need for work.

  • Build strong relationships with learners, motivating them to achieve their goals.

  • Use creative approaches to improve learning outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in construction (or related field).

  • A teaching/assessing qualification – or willingness to work towards one.

  • A confident communicator who can inspire and motivate others.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of:

    • Employment trends in the construction sector.

    • The skills employers are looking for.

    • Ways to support learners to reach their potential.
