Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Hengoed.
Job Purpose
Help students during their study time, whether they're working alone or with others. Make sure the learning space is easy to use, welcoming, and runs smoothly. Support students in developing their skills and progressing in their learning.
Main Duties
- Organize, manage, and keep track of books, digital devices, and other learning materials.
- Help students use systems, software, and tech tools (like tablets, VR headsets, apps, etc.)
- Offer one-on-one or group support to help students with studying and skill-building.
- Show students how to use the tools and materials available in the Learning Centre.
- Assist with tours, info sessions, and events to promote the Centre and its services.
- Keep the space safe, clean, and positive, and help gather student feedback to improve services.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS
- Able to start ASAP
- Strong organizational planning skills.
- Ability to communicate with students.
- Full rights to work in the UK
