This role offers the chance to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Levels 1-3, combining both practical workshop-based learning and classroom theory. You'll play a vital role in supporting learners to develop the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality teaching across Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering programmes (Levels 1-3)
  • Facilitate both hands-on workshop sessions and classroom-based theoretical learning
  • Support, assess, and monitor learner progress to ensure successful outcomes
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
  • Create an inclusive and motivating learning environment
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Industry experience within mechanical/manufacturing engineering
  • A passion for teaching and developing learners
Desirable:
  • HNC (or higher) in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
  • A recognised teaching qualification (for candidates applying at the top of the salary band)
