The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a passionate Carpentry Tutor to join a leading training and education provider within a secure youth custodial setting. In this role, you will work with small groups of young learners, helping them develop practical joinery and woodworking skills. What You Will Be Doing

  • Practical Training: Deliver engaging Carpentry courses and hands-on training to small groups of learners.
  • Tailored Guidance: Set up individual training plans, ensuring learners have the right advice, support, and motivation to succeed.
  • Skill Building: Help learners develop positive workplace behaviours, teamwork, and trade knowledge alongside their practical qualifications.
