I am working with an FE College with state of the art facilities and top notch support on hand, who are on the hunt for their next Business Lecturer on a permanent basis.
You'd be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values with the sole intent of delivering the most engaging and enveloping courses for their Business & Tourism learners, and supporting the fantastic team. This role involves delivering BTEC Business and some Tourism subjects, equipping students with key business and employability skills.
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: Up to £36k FTE
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and assess Business & Tourism courses, ensuring student success.
- Develop and enhance course content to align with industry standards.
- Support students with academic progress and career development.
- Work collaboratively to improve the curriculum and learning experience.
